On June 9, 2012, the Town of Wakefield passed the Debt Exclusion Ballot by a margin of 4 to 1, 4474 to 1020. Our Town voted in favor of a new Galvin Middle School. We successfully Galvinized Wakefield's Future.

- The total project cost is $74.7 million.
- The Massachusetts Building Authority would reimburse 54.67% or up to $34.6 million of eligible project costs.
- The Town's share, including ineligible costs, would be $38,584,333 million.

- Vote "YES" to fund the project.
- Average annual increase in property tax of $188/year for 25 years based on a single-family home valued at $400,000.
- To calculate your cost, take your assessed home value and multiply by .00047.

- Phone Bank: Represent Galvinize Wakefield via phone following an outlined script to create awareness and secure voter commitment from registered voters.
- Stand-Outs: Represent Galvinize Wakefield by holding a sign at different locations throughout Town on Saturday mornings, one hour shifts available between 9am-12pm.
